EnterSource Awarded ICG Communications, Inc. Contract
March 15, 1999 - Seattle, WA

EnterSource Inc, a leading program and project management consulting service provider, expands its presence with the award of a contract from ICG Packet Switch Technologies, Inc. (ICG PST), formerly known as Netcom On-Line Communication Services, Inc., a subsidiary of ICG Communications, Inc., to implement Project Management and Resource Management methodologies in an internet services environment. EnterSource will provide mentoring and coaching to the San Jose, California company's personnel to help ICG PST improve its utilization of its technical personnel in achieving its customer's objectives.

Leading corporations in the telecommunications and high tech sectors embrace EnterSource's unique services in the areas of Resource Planning and Management in a project environment. The flexible Port Orchard, Washington company works closely with its internet and communications clients to develop customized solutions which best fit the client's needs. Dave Pabst, President of EnterSource, says, "We start with a basic approach to project and resource management, but create the solution that best fits the needs of the client in their environment. We do not try to convince the client that our boilerplate approach is the only solution. We tailor our abilities to meet the client's requirements, and will stay with the client until they are satisfied they have achieved their objective."

"ICG PST selected EnterSource to provide project management services and consultation because ICG strives to equip our employees with the skills necessary for working the blisteringly fast-paced environments managing technical projects," said Jason Newquist, ICG PST project manager. "EnterSource provides resources that allow ICG PST to implement a common project management approach to help us manage our burgeoning volume of projects in network technical services, engineering and operations."

EnterSource teamed with Concept Software of Blacksburg, Virginia, to provide the specialized software management component of the ICG PST engagement. "We are very pleased to work with Concept," said Dave Pabst, EnterSource President. "By implementing these teaming agreements, we continue to focus on our core competencies. And through these agreements we can provide our clients with a broader, higher quality, more responsive solution than if we depended solely on our internal capabilities."

EnterSource also provides similar project and resource management consulting services to communications companies, such as Lucent Technologies.

ICG Communications acquired the assets of Netcom On-Line Communication Services in 1998. In January 1999, international Netcom assets were sold to MetroNet Communications Corp, of Canada and to Providence Equity Partners, of Providence, R.I. In February 1999, MindSpring Enterprises, Inc. announced the completion of the acquisition of the U.S. subscribers and other assets of Netcom On-Line Communication Services, Inc. from ICG Communications, Inc. In March 1999 the elements of the former Netcom On-Line Communication Services retained by ICG were renamed ICG Packet Switch Technologies, or ICG PST Inc. The issues that surround such a major organizational restructuring will also influence the EnterSource solution.
