Immediate Opportunity for a Professional Services Sales Person

EnterSource is seeking to immediately expand its sales force by adding one new Sales person to the team. The successful candidate will be a resident of Washington State, and have experience in transforming Professional Services opportunities into revenue and profit. That is the name of the game, right?

This person will not only be responsible for making sales, but also will be a part of the team making EnterSource an enjoyable and rewarding place to work. You will be involved in setting Marketing and Sales strategies, and implementing those strategies to achieve corporate goals. You will be asked to develop marketing and sales collateral for our marketing channels. And, you will be responsible for helping to make EnterSource a recognized and appreciated brand name in Resource and Project Management circles.

• Successful track record in selling Profitable Professional Services to the Telecommunications and Information Technology sector
• Excellence in all avenues of communications
• Willingness and skill at turning cold-calls into paying engagements
• Experience in the market place outside of Puyallup
• Independent operator who understands the need to communicate with management on plans and progress
• Did I say "An excellent communicator"
• Knowledgeable in Project Management disciplines, perhaps with membership in PMI
• Willing to put some skin in the game through an agreed upon risk/reward scenario
• Knows that there is more to life than work, and can balance the needs of family and friends, while at the same time achieving agreed upon goals.
• Is not afraid to take a stand, but recognizes that when the decision is made, we all march together as a team to the beat of the same drummer
• Oh, and more thing - Is an excellent communicator
