We have all seen the volumes of procedures that often sit on shelves collecting dust. We believe the best procedures are those that are dog-eared, soiled, with torn pages and highlighted paragraphs. These are the procedures that are being used. We will work with your people in their environment. We want to work with those that are involved in the process to find the best way to do the job, and to document the process in useful, concise, and yes, dog-eared procedures.
